Responsibilities
- Responsible for store customer reception, product introduction, demand recording and intention follow-up.
- Explanation will be given around private home customization, cabinets and appliances, door panels and wall panels, material designs and colors, etc.
- Assist designers to complete measuring scale reservations, plan communication, quotation confirmation and order conversion.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on installation, after-sales and repurchase referral opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Applicants with experience in building materials, home furnishing, whole-house customization, store sales or customer service will be given priority.
- Have affinity, expression ability and service awareness, and be able to accurately record customer needs.
- Willing to learn product system, material technology, color matching and customization process.
- Works conscientiously and meticulously, and can cooperate with the team to complete customer conversion and delivery follow-up.
