What information do I need to prepare for authenticity inquiries?

It is recommended to prepare the authenticity code, order number or contract number, purchase store, purchase city, installation time, product photos, packaging or panel label photos, and contact number or email. The more complete the information, the easier it is for manual verification to provide accurate feedback.

Can I still submit for verification without an authenticity code?

You can first submit the order number, purchase store, product category, installation time and photo description, and write down the reason for the missing authenticity code in the verification description. The staff will combine it with other information to determine whether additional information is needed.

What is the difference between authenticity query and authorization detection?

authenticity query is mainly used to verify specific orders, product sources, purchase stores and after-sales issues; authorized testing is mainly used to check materials or certificates such as Knifu, Kaide, LG-AF, and test reports. When it comes to specific orders, it is recommended to use a combination of both.

How will the verification results be fed back?

Submitting the page will generate email content and send it to the official mailbox, or you can directly call the service hotline to communicate. The verification results are usually fed back via phone, email or official staff, and suggestions for the next step will be given based on the completeness of the data.

Do I need to upload my ID card or bank card information when submitting for verification?
