The entryway is predominantly white, creating an instantly fresh and bright atmosphere. Two tall, floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets fully meet all the storage needs of the space. One side of the ceiling features a soft, diffused light strip that mimics natural daylight, casting even, gentle illumination throughout.
To the left upon entering is the guest bathroom, allowing you to quickly wash your hands for hygiene. The flooring uses black-and-white herringbone tiles, echoing the herringbone parquet outside.
The living room embraces large expanses of crisp white—on the walls, ceiling, and in the storage cabinet that replaces the traditional TV area. White serves as a blank canvas, effortlessly complementing bold splashes of color. As a result, many pieces of furniture boldly feature rich hues: a curved dark green leather sofa, a geometric patchwork rug, paired with brown curtains, lending the space a warm, inviting texture.
The dining area seamlessly connects with the living room, sharing one open space. Light pours in from the south-facing windows, filling the room with brightness and uplifting the mood.
The most striking element in the dining area is undoubtedly its vibrant color scheme. The small, colorful tiles adorning the wall were custom-made a month in advance. During firing, each handcrafted tile develops a subtly textured glaze surface, rippling like gentle waves under the play of light.
A delicate little wall lamp by the headboard creates a soft, warm ambiance for restful sleep at night.
The kitchen is long and narrow, featuring a double-I-shaped layout. Its palette of white and gray remains clean and practical while offering a degree of resistance to stains.
