This project showcases a whole-house design in the modern minimalist style—let’s explore this BOSNIE case study together!
A dark accent wall in the entryway accommodates a shoe bench and full-length mirror; the shoe cabinet is divided into separate compartments for shoes, clothing, and handbags.

The living room’s open connection to the kitchen is immediately apparent. Many worry about cooking fumes in open kitchens—but if the exhaust duct isn’t properly sealed, outdoor air infiltration actually introduces far more contaminants than indoor cooking fumes. With a high-capacity range hood, this concern is fully resolved under normal conditions.
Living environments shape people—so much so that you wake up eager to sit in the kitchen and wait for breakfast.
In the living room, our soft furnishing strategy centers on refinement—not abundance.
We spent over a month selecting a TV cabinet, yet still couldn’t find one that resonated—so we opted instead for a custom bookshelf.

With the addition of the breakfast bar, the dining area has become a more formal setting—reserved for gatherings of five or more people; otherwise, it simply retains its elegant presence.

The wooden dining table offers an exceptionally warm tactile experience, radiating a cozy ambiance under both artificial lighting and natural daylight.

The kitchen serves as the true heart of this home: whether entering or leaving, storing items, eating, or enjoying a drink, everyone inevitably passes through and uses this breakfast bar.

The daughter’s bedroom features a built-in platform bed—so comfortable you’ll hesitate to get up—and plush carpeting throughout, creating a delightfully soft, inviting atmosphere.
The wallpaper is another favorite—lively and vibrant, infusing the entire room with energy.
Instead of conventional nightstands, we chose a compact metal drawer unit and open shelving—filled with comics and collectibles; the metal drawer even accommodates a laptop.

This is the boy’s room, filled with cherished childhood mementos—so we installed a full-height partition to display cassette tapes, CDs, and his treasured trading cards: charming and playful.

The bed is a tatami-style platform, making cleaning effortless and creating a joyful, cozy space where the young man can relax indefinitely.

The master bedroom remains designed first and foremost to reflect the wife’s aesthetic—featuring an elegant blend of feminine rose-pink and gray half-walls; on the balcony sits a small sofa where their son often joins her, turning any corner of the home into a comfortable spot for family conversation.
Both the nightstands and the bed are finished in black, delivering refined texture—the black nightstands with woven rattan tops are especially stylish.
The vanity area in the master bedroom allows for easy future updates: simply apply new paint or wallpaper over the existing surface.

Even at just 4 square meters, this bathroom functions well—featuring essential dry/wet separation and a wall-hung toilet for effortless cleaning.

That concludes our presentation of this modern minimalist whole-house design case. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment for BOSNIE’s editorial team!
