This case introduces a whole-house design in the artistic and mid-century style. Let's take a look at this project with BOSNIE's editor!
The entryway features an open shelf and a push-to-open cabinet on the right-hand wall, both designed with a floating effect. The blank space in the middle is perfect for placing small items, unique vases, and books, enriching the spatial texture. The combination of natural wood and pure white highlights the inherent beauty of the mid-century style.

The living and dining areas are integrated to maximize natural light. The TV wall is predominantly white, enhancing the sense of space, with a large-screen TV embedded within, creating a neat and orderly appearance. A mist fireplace is set at the bottom, complemented by warm walnut tones, creating a layered and inviting facade.

The living room benefits from two sources of light, with gray curtains and white sheer drapes effectively preventing overly harsh indoor lighting. The partition between the balcony and the sofa creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, making the space more lively and interesting.

The dining area features a custom sideboard along the window, extending into an island. The height difference between the solid wood dining table and the countertop perfectly accommodates track sockets, offering a clean, modern look. The five-seater dining set, with classic cream-colored chairs and a silk pendant light above, creates a warm and harmonious dining scene.
Without a partition between the living and dining areas, there are more opportunities for interaction among family members. From the sofa, one can see the dining area, where delicious food, fine wine, and flower arrangements make every moment special.

The kitchen is just a turn away from the dining area, with a linear layout that enhances convenience and seamlessly connects the spaces. The floor materials differ between the dining and kitchen areas, with light, slip-resistant tiles covering the kitchen, making it appear clean and spacious.

The master bedroom features a storage design similar to the entryway, with walnut tones consistent throughout the house. The bottom is left open for easy access by a robotic vacuum. A suspended ceiling conceals LED strip lights, and a creative cloud-shaped pendant light hangs in the center, balancing the warm and cool tones of the space with its irregular shape and metallic finish, creating a uniquely sophisticated ambiance.

The children's room is primarily in a brown tone, with a soft, upholstered headboard that provides comfortable support for bedtime reading.

The ceiling has a curved design, and surface-mounted downlights by the window ensure ample, bright light at night. A long, floating desk is custom-made against the wall, providing a comfortable study environment for the child.

The bathroom features a double vanity and mirrored cabinets, maximizing vertical space and allowing two people to use the space without feeling cramped. Since the main bathroom is windowless, light-colored tiles are used to make the small space feel larger and more airy.

That concludes our introduction to this whole-house design in the artistic and mid-century style. If you like it, feel free to leave a comment and interact with BOSNIE's editor!
