This case introduces a light luxury-style whole-house design. Let’s take a look at this project together!

Home is the vessel of life, holding our attachments, solitude, emotions, weariness, and anxieties; “comfort” is a vital expression. In this project, the designer employs a minimalist‑luxury aesthetic to convey the client’s sincere and unadulterated yearning for life. The composed, poetic overall effect exudes an air of refined elegance. The tranquil space is like crystal‑clear springwater—flowing softly, singing gently, exquisite yet uncomplicated, embodying an endless pursuit of quality living.

The living room’s predominantly dark color palette creates a sense of stability. A metal‑lined chandelier lends softness and grace, with a forward‑thinking edge that enriches and transforms the spatial visual experience. A gray sofa paired with a marble wall evokes a touch of Hong Kong–style light luxury, while an orange accent chair breaks the calm, its judicious placement bringing a striking note of vitality.

The open‑concept dining area feels spacious and bright. A large round table makes it easy for family members to gather, comfortably accommodating six to eight diners. The dining chairs are refined and elegant, their home‑like character subtly infused with casual details. Wrapped in a gentle, warm glow, this is precisely the kind of life that brings true comfort.

In the master bedroom, a patchwork of gray and wood tones defines the headboard wall, simple yet stylish, with metal strips adding a hint of sophistication. The enveloping headboard instills a sense of security. Soft hues promote tranquility, helping one drift off to sleep with ease.

That concludes our introduction to this light luxury-style whole-house design case. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave us a comment and join the conversation!

How should you design the internal structure of a custom wardrobe to make it truly functional? The zoning logic determines storage efficiency. The effectiveness of a custom wardrobe depends on whether its internal layout aligns with your household’s actual clothing inventory and your habits for putting things in and taking them out. The correct design sequence is: first, take stock of your clothes; second, determine the zones; and only then consider the overall style. This article provides a set of zoning principles and dimension guidelines that you can apply directly. 1. Inventory First, Design Later: A wardrobe is a reflection of your clothing collection...

How do you coordinate colors for whole‑house customization? The 60–30–10 rule and four space‑specific strategies. The most common reason why color schemes in whole‑house customization fall flat isn’t that the colors themselves are unattractive, but rather that there are too many colors, the proportions are out of balance, or the materials and colors aren’t well integrated. The formaldehyde emission limit for E1‑grade boards is ≤0.124 mg/m³; some retailers use this as a claim of eco‑friendliness, but it falls short for households with elderly residents or young children. A more reliable choice would be ENF‑grade (≤0.025 mg/m³) or E0‑grade (≤0.05 mg/m³), ...
