This case introduces a light luxury-style whole-house design. Let’s take a look at this project together!

The designer uses three primary finishing materials—exposed concrete, marble, and raw wood—set against a deep gray palette, infusing the space with a minimalist aesthetic that exudes sophistication and grandeur. A restrained, contemplative atmosphere cultivates a distinctive light-luxury style, while an open‑plan layout ensures unobstructed, flowing views that deliver a comfortable, liberating living experience.

All the brass lighting fixtures in the interior employ a nimble, dynamic geometric language to underscore a modern, individualistic character.

In select areas of the main living space, a brighter shade of taupe-red is introduced to enliven the otherwise somber, deep-gray ambiance; these vibrant accents disrupt visual monotony and heighten the spatial layering.

From throw pillows to sofas and dining chairs, elements are rhythmically woven between the living room and dining area, perfectly articulating the space’s sense of cadence.

The minimalist approach extends into the master bedroom, where concealed strip lighting and a diverse array of finishes uphold a refined, high‑end aesthetic.

The bathroom is cloaked in marble, its richly textured surface brimming with artistic flair. The stone’s masterfully crafted, vein‑like fractures transform the space into an elegant, artful setting, lending it an unmistakable air of luxury.
