The living room features large windows that flood the space with natural light, complemented by elegant gray curtains and sheer white drapes—creating a bright, refined, and comfortably luminous atmosphere.

The TV wall is clad in white stone-effect tiles, with custom gray-wood-toned TV cabinets and shelving units installed beneath and alongside it; the television is mounted centrally on the wall, resulting in a clean, sophisticated, and spacious aesthetic.

A glossy gray custom sideboard adorns the dining area, featuring an open shelf in its center. The floor is laid with gray polished porcelain tiles, while a circular stone-topped dining table anchors the space—paired with metal-framed chairs upholstered in deep-gray leather. A minimalist ceiling design—free of a central pendant light—adds a subtle black accent band, lending the area a modern, elegant, and layered feel.
Adjacent to the dining table sits a kitchen island bar, integrated with a sink. A linear pendant light hangs above the bar, and a geometric-patterned artwork graces the adjacent wall—offering the homeowner an elegant, inviting, and thoughtfully curated dining-and-kitchen experience.

The kitchen features gray floor and wall tiles, with cabinetry in a cohesive matte-black finish that harmonizes seamlessly with built-in appliances. An LED light strip runs along the underside of the upper cabinets, enhancing task lighting over the countertops—delivering a modern, spacious, and highly functional cooking environment.

A spacious desk occupies the center of the study, backed by a custom-built bookshelf displaying books, ceramic pieces, and other curated objects—adding warmth, character, and quiet sophistication to the space.

The bedroom is grounded in crisp white walls and furnished with comfortable, elegant bedding—creating a serene and restful sanctuary for the homeowner.
A bed flanked by dark-toned nightstands rests atop a soft pink-to-gray gradient rug, enhancing the room’s gentle, natural, and refined ambiance.

In the bathroom—defined by gray wall and floor tiles—the vanity features dual above-counter basins paired with a large mirrored cabinet. A vase placed between the two basins adds freshness and vitality. The shower floor incorporates anti-slip grooving, and a sheer curtain softens the window—resulting in a practical, artistic, and naturally soothing bathing space.
