This case presents a modern‑style, whole‑house design. Let’s take a look at this project together.
After reconfiguring the floor plan, the circulation flow weaves through the living room, entryway, and dining area, creating a seamless interplay among these spaces and fostering connectivity between all functional zones on the first floor.

The bedroom does not feature a separate storage room; however, the design carefully reserves space throughout, thoughtfully organizing essential items according to lifestyle‑based categorization. This approach addresses the fundamental challenge of balancing practicality with aesthetic appeal.

Expanding the kitchen provides work surfaces on both sides and streamlines workflow, allowing you to savor the warmth and energy of cooking while enhancing social interaction.

The bathroom, finished in off‑white tiles, emphasizes harmony with nature. A wall niche has been added to provide additional storage for bath essentials.

For the dining area, pre‑installed metal aluminum profiles were used to create expansion joints, providing a buffer against potential clashes between different materials. However, this also posed significant construction challenges: the tolerance for alignment of each material’s finished surface had to be kept within 2 mm.

That concludes our overview of this modern-style whole-house design project. If you like it, feel free to leave us a comment below!
