This case introduces a modern-style, whole‑house design. Let’s take a look at it together!
From this angle in the living room, it feels quite spacious. The kitchen island and dining table aren’t connected, so they can be easily rearranged later—every bit of flexibility counts in a small space. Though the island isn’t large, it’s very handy for sipping drinks or washing fruit in everyday life, and for mixing beverages during gatherings. The sofa can also be moved around at any time. There’s no TV in the living room; instead, we project onto the blank white wall.

The bedroom is rather compact, leaving just enough room for a bed and a narrow walkway.

In the kitchen, tiles were only applied to the open sections of the cabinetry, while the rest was finished with waterproof paint. The matte texture of the paint offers a unique quality that tiles can’t match, and painting also helps cut down on labor costs. The existing drainpipes were concealed behind cabinet panels, which saves space.

The bathroom is what I’m most satisfied with in this design: a generous vanity, with a cat dryer tucked beneath the right side. After bathing, the cat can simply be placed in the dryer to dry off—so convenient. Part of the mirror above the sink is built into a mirrored cabinet, while the rest is a silver‑finished panel mounted directly on the ventilation duct. The shower area doubles as a bathtub, accommodating both quick showers and relaxing soaks. On the right, a custom cabinet conceals the pipes and integrates storage for the washing machine, tumble dryer, and cleaning supplies.

That concludes our showcase of this modern, whole‑house design. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave us a comment and join the conversation!
