This case showcases a whole-house design in Japanese style—join BOSNIE’s editorial team as we explore this project.
The foyer corridor features a domed ceiling that harmonizes with the rectangular ceiling in the living room—creating a balanced interplay of round and square forms. A vibrant decorative painting is mounted on the central wall to serve as a visual focal point.

Ambient lighting strips enhance the atmosphere in the living room, while warm wood tones throughout the space evoke quiet serenity infused with gentle warmth. The sofa backdrop—executed in refined Japanese style—perfectly embodies this aesthetic.

In the bedroom, a half-height wooden wall paired with warm white surfaces creates a cozy yet uncluttered ambiance. Complemented by Japanese-style accent lighting, the space fosters relaxation and supports restful sleep.

The kitchen features an eco-wood ceiling paired with wood-toned cabinetry to cultivate a natural, lived-in atmosphere. White square mosaic tiles lend a clean, airy feel. A built-in bar counter invites everyday leisure—ideal for savoring wine or tea.

The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation layout to maximize functionality and efficiency. A decorative screen partitions the bedroom from the dry zone—offering elegant visual definition without the heaviness of a solid wall.

The study incorporates custom-built bookshelves to optimize spatial utility. Walnut-colored cabinets contrast elegantly with white fronts—grounded yet never austere. One section integrates a concealed Murphy bed for guest accommodation.

The walk-in closet features bespoke cabinetry: glass-front doors visually expand the space, while flat-panel white doors and wood-toned drawers—paired with glass—create a cohesive, design-forward composition.

That concludes our presentation of this Japanese-style whole-house customization project. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment for BOSNIE’s editorial team!
