The floor plan features a built-in entryway, with a relatively narrow and elongated foyer corridor. Walls and ceilings are finished in the same shade of off-white cement paint, creating a visually expanded and more spacious effect. A floating entryway cabinet is installed along the wall for convenient storage of frequently worn shoes, maintaining tidiness while balancing concealed and visible storage—meeting everyday functional needs with ample capacity. Rounded transitions at corners where this space connects to adjacent areas enhance visual softness and comfort while preventing accidental bumps—blending practicality with aesthetic appeal.
The living room embraces a clean, minimalist design philosophy. Its base palette features understated, gentle low-saturation tones, complemented by light-toned hardwood flooring and matching light-hued furnishings. Just one or two vibrant accent colors add subtle energy and personality—resulting in a space that feels pure, serene, and quietly lively.
Both the living and dining areas feature flat ceiling designs—simple, elegant, and height-preserving. Paired with a no-main-ceiling-light layout, this approach enhances spatial openness and comfort. Recessed LED light strips along both sides subtly enrich the ambiance.
The living room and balcony are seamlessly opened up to increase usable interior area. A custom storage cabinet is built into the corner along the wall, featuring refined, delicate carved detailing that avoids visual clutter while highlighting every fine element—elevating overall sophistication. Horizontal and vertical lighting lines within open shelving lend distinctive charm even to compact storage zones.
The air-conditioning supply vent is positioned above the balcony storage cabinet—preserving ceiling height in the living and dining areas while its extended design contributes to visual harmony.
The dining area sits adjacent to the entryway, offering an open, bright layout that creates an immediate impression upon entering. A six-person dining table is centrally placed, enabling a free-flowing, loop-style circulation path after entry—and facilitating easy access to the kitchen.
A full-wall dining cabinet is built along one side, with a central open section serving as a simple countertop. Wine cabinets flank both sides, distinguished by glass-front doors; integrated LED lighting adds elegance and ritualistic warmth to daily life. The dining table features a lightweight marble top paired with slender, elevated legs—minimizing visual obstruction and enhancing spatial transparency.
