This case presents a minimalist, whole‑house design. Let’s take a look at it together!
In the living room, as soon as you step through the front door, your view extends from the courtyard, past the main hall and the foyer, straight to the kitchen at the northernmost end.
Sofas, coffee tables, and other furnishings are chosen in low‑profile, lightweight designs to mitigate any sense of spatial compression caused by the ceiling height.

In the dining area, sisal rugs delineate the boundaries between the entryway and the main hall, creating a visual contrast through the interplay of cool and warm tones.

The open‑plan kitchen features an integrated solid‑wood wall on the east side, originally the entrance location. This wall combines a bookshelf, the original security door, tall storage cabinets, a bench seating area, and large drawers, maximizing space efficiency.

In the bathroom, polygonal skylights are fitted with ice‑shadow glass bricks laid in both full‑brick and half‑brick modules. While allowing natural light to filter in, they also effortlessly evoke the lattice windows found in traditional gardens, harmonizing with the overall architectural style of the residence.

In the study, the multifunctional foyer adopts a perimeter‑aligned layout: along the south wall is the dining area; along the west wall stands a spacious utility storage zone doubling as a sideboard; and along the north wall is the study itself. This arrangement ensures smooth circulation while leaving ample open space at the center for movement and activity.
