This project showcases a whole-house design in the modern minimalist style—let’s explore this BOSNIE case study together!
The living room seamlessly integrates multiple functional zones within a single space—without rigid boundaries—highlighting the inherent charm of spatial fluidity. Exposed concrete walls extend visually across both the living and dining areas, with subtle variations in texture adding depth and transition. This backdrop elegantly frames the black and dark brown wooden TV cabinet, whose rich surface texture becomes a focal point.

In the bedroom, as evening falls and you return home from work, the gentle click of the door is met by a softly glowing light—just for you. In that moment, life’s pace quietly slows. Neatly arranged decor and warm, inviting bedding effortlessly dissolve the day’s fatigue.

Given the prevalence of high-heat stir-frying in Chinese cooking habits, a sleek black-framed sliding door is discreetly integrated beside the refrigerator and along adjacent walls. It can be closed during cooking to fully contain kitchen fumes—keeping the rest of the home smoke-free.

The bathroom adopts an open-plan vanity area serving as a shared zone, with a three-way separation layout for sink, toilet, and shower. This ensures smooth, conflict-free use of the sink and toilet—even during peak times. Thoughtful details extend throughout: the floating vanity includes dedicated space beneath for a laundry basket and everyday essentials.

That concludes our presentation of this modern minimalist whole-house design case. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment for BOSNIE’s editorial team!
