This project showcases a modern minimalist whole-house design. Through careful analysis of architectural volumes and material selection, artistic perforations were incorporated into key areas—including the entryway foyer and the dry zone of the bathroom—to enhance spatial transparency. Raised platforms in the living room, sculptural wall treatments for the foyer and corridor, and the protruding TV wall all create dynamic visual continuity, adding thoughtful dimension and playful character to the space. Material choices balance budget considerations with aesthetic intent: stainless-steel-effect decorative panels, hollow bricks, and select areas finished with cement paint introduce youthful energy and contemporary flair within an otherwise white-dominated palette—while also leaving room for personal touches and evolving life stories. A no-main-ceiling-light scheme, combined with strategic perforations and volumetric articulation, creates rich interplay of light and shadow—fulfilling functional lighting needs while elevating the home’s overall sophistication. The design aims to deliver a clean, uncluttered, and warmly inclusive home for the newlyweds—one brimming with optimism, vitality, and genuine individuality. It is, quite simply, a home like no other. Join BOSNIE’s editorial team as we explore this inspiring case study.
