This project showcases a modern-style whole-house design, featuring clean, streamlined spaces and bold black-and-white contrasts that stand the test of time. Let’s take a look at this case together!
The living room and dining area enjoy an expansive, unobstructed view of each other, fostering smoother interaction and communication while enhancing the sense of space. Even in a relatively compact common area, the renovation creates a spacious, integrated environment that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one cohesive zone.

The living room has been kept simple yet functional: in addition to everyday family gatherings, we’ve placed a movable coffee table to provide a convenient play area for children. The TV backdrop features a full-height storage cabinet, offering practical storage for everyday items as well as growing‑up essentials for kids.

The bathroom adopts a sophisticated black‑white‑gray color scheme, with carefully selected fixtures that emphasize sleek minimalism. The overall aesthetic is clean, fresh, and timeless—perfect for long-term appeal.

The master bedroom uses a beige palette as its base tone, with grooved wall panels behind the bed and matching cabinet doors finished in the same soft latex paint, creating a unified, harmonious feel. Darker bedding and lighting accents anchor the space, while pops of rich olive green inject energy and elevate the room’s ambiance.

The study’s walls are painted in bright white, complemented by beige cabinetry and wood‑grain finishes, lending the space a clean, minimalist vibe. Paired with blinds and sheer white curtains, the room feels cozy and serene.
