This project showcases a modern whole-house customization design, using the original cement-gray floor tiles as the color palette to create a clean, serene living atmosphere. Join BOSNIE’s editorial team for a closer look at this case!
The entire living room has been repainted with matte gray cement-effect paint, complemented by matte gray floor tiles—resulting in an understated, minimalist spatial ambiance.

Light-gray modular sofas introduce dynamic design elements while creating tonal contrast with the black square coffee table and accent wall—enhancing the space’s visual depth and dimension.
The TV feature wall incorporates recessed floor outlets, ensuring no exposed wiring is visible on the surface.

By integrating the balcony into the living room, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and dramatically widen the field of view—making the living area feel even more spacious and bright.

To foster a tranquil retreat in the bedroom, the master bedroom’s accent wall is painted deep gray, while bedding and curtains adopt crisp, refined shades of gray—harmonizing to evoke a sense of quiet seclusion from external noise.
The sleeping zone and walk-in closet are left open and unobstructed, eliminating partitions to maximize spatial openness and airiness in the bedroom.

The kitchen features a semi-open layout, continuing the living room’s cohesive gray palette to ensure stylistic consistency throughout.

The bathroom is clad in seamless gray wall-and-floor tiles, paired with a monolithic black-gray vanity and an Instagram-inspired circular illuminated mirror—striking a balance between contemporary aesthetics and refined texture.

That concludes our presentation of this modern-style whole-house customization design case. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment and interact with the BOSNIE editorial team!
