The living room presents a bright, clean aesthetic at first glance. Shades of gray and white interweave throughout the space; sofas, coffee tables, and other furnishings feature exceptionally simple silhouettes—striking a balance between minimalist elegance and practical functionality, embodying modern sophistication and style.

The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, with floor tiles laid continuously across both spaces. Ceiling treatments alone define the spatial boundary—a soft division technique that maximizes perceived spaciousness and delivers an obvious sense of expansion. A circular sintered stone dining table pairs with plush leather chairs, comfortably accommodating everyday meals for a family of four—and easily hosting casual gatherings with friends. Storage in this zone centers on a custom-designed sideboard: its semi-enclosed structure features open shelving, ideal for frequently used items like kettles and tea sets.

As a private retreat, the master bedroom prioritizes comfort in every layout and design decision. It retains the same primary color palette as the living and dining areas, yet opts for warm, inviting hardwood flooring. A subtle herringbone pattern enhances visual dynamism and flexibility.

Functionality takes center stage in the bathroom, realized through today’s highly popular three-zone separation layout—distinct, independent zones for washing, bathing, and toileting ensure complete functional autonomy. Within the wet zone, recessed wall niches replace conventional stainless-steel shelving, providing dedicated, organized storage for all bathroom essentials. A transparent glass sliding door separates this zone from the toilet area, effectively containing moisture and preventing humidity from affecting adjacent spaces.

That concludes our presentation of this minimalist whole-house customization project. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment or message BOSNIE’s editorial team—we’d love to hear from you!
