To the right of the entrance foyer stands a shoe-changing bench, followed immediately by the shoe cabinet—both highly functional and space-efficient; the polished porcelain floor tiles lend an air of refined elegance.
The richness of the living room and the livability of the space both hinge on thoughtful consideration of spatial structure and proportion. In this modern, sophisticated setting, subtle details recede into the background: the marble-clad TV wall exudes luxury, while the symmetrical design of the sofa backdrop forms a striking visual highlight.
The dining area features two concentric square border tiles on the floor—a design rich in symbolic meaning. The walls are accented with plaster moldings framing a central artwork display. On the opposite side, a distinctive, characterful wine cabinet balances timeless appeal with enduring visual interest. The ceiling’s coffered design appears intricate at first glance but is, in fact, precisely structured and intentional.
The master bedroom layout reveals a compact walk-in closet just inside the door, separated from the sleeping area by an elegant white artistic partition. The headboard features solid wood linear detailing, while a continuous row of wardrobes lines the foot of the bed—no television is installed.
