Upon entering, the foyer leads to a coat closet with an integrated full-length mirror on the right—infusing everyday warmth and practicality. The floor tiles flow seamlessly across the space, enhancing visual continuity and spatial depth. A uniquely sculptural pendant light elevates the ambiance without excessive ornamentation: crisp white surfaces contrast boldly with striking black accents, conveying refined sophistication and quiet confidence.

The living room features the timeless pairing of white and gray, enriched by warm brown accents—harmonizing perfectly with the adjacent dining area to create a cohesive, flowing spatial experience. Thoughtful storage solutions are integrated throughout, including open shelving on the TV wall for curated personal displays. Subtle linear detailing appears consistently across the space—minimalist yet commanding in presence.

The original layout presented spatial constraints in the study and two bedrooms. To optimize functionality, we removed the central partition wall to create a flexible study area; meanwhile, a fold-down bed concealed within the right-side wardrobe transforms the same footprint into dual-purpose space. Color coordination remains consistent with the living room, while the pendant light and accent armchair further elevate the refined aesthetic.

The bedroom palette centers on soothing white and gray tones, evoking calm and comfort, with brown accents adding subtle warmth. A simple yet elegant feature wall anchors the space. In the master bedroom, a no-main-ceiling-light scheme is employed—the pendant light and bedside tables form a deliberate, harmonious composition, revealing understated gravitas and quiet grandeur beneath its inviting warmth.

The bathroom combines gray floor tiles with white wall tiles for dynamic visual contrast. A predominantly white scheme, enhanced by strategic lighting, imparts a sense of spaciousness, simplicity, and refined elegance—even within compact dimensions.

That concludes our presentation of this modern minimalist whole-house customization project. If you enjoyed it, feel free to leave a comment or message BOSNIE’s editorial team!
