The entryway features a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall, fulfilling the homeowner’s need to check and adjust attire upon entering or leaving while leveraging the mirror’s reflective properties to amplify light and spatial perception—creating a brighter, more expansive first impression whether arriving home or stepping out.

The living room adopts an understated, monochromatic palette as its base, with clean, minimalist lines defining the space. Low-saturation soft furnishings are accented by a single vibrant red coffee table—striking a harmonious balance between serene simplicity and cheerful brightness, lending quiet elegance to this minimalist home. Seamless transitions between the balcony and living room, and between the study and living room, broaden the visual scope of the shared areas, fostering a relaxed, fluid, and dynamic atmosphere.

The TV wall embodies minimalism through thoughtful material layering and strategic negative space on either side. A recessed, floating TV cabinet pairs with a perforated micro-cement backdrop, extending the wall visually and reinforcing spatial hierarchy—all while accommodating essential storage needs for a seamless fusion of artistic expression and practical function.

This minimalist TV wall achieves rich textural depth through contrasting materials, while discreetly concealing power cords and cables behind the screen. Below it sits a custom ultra-thin cement-toned TV cabinet; its thoughtfully proportioned drawers provide everyday storage without sacrificing lightness or agility—qualities often missing in conventional TV cabinets.

A flat ceiling paired with a no-main-light layout complements the space’s minimalist ethos. Magnetic track lighting breaks the ceiling plane, connecting vertical and horizontal surfaces—from point to line—to articulate the room’s three-dimensional structure. In this restrained setting, lighting becomes a rare yet refined decorative element, evoking just the right ambiance and character; the angular cove lighting further invites imagination.

A full-height solid-wood wall cabinet custom-designed for the dining area integrates the structural column between the balcony and dining zone—softening its visual impact while enhancing both aesthetics and storage capacity.

A centrally positioned custom island counter and dining table create a loop-shaped circulation path, optimizing daily movement. The cool elegance of the marble island top contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the wooden dining table surface—tempering each other to achieve tonal balance, enriching visual interest, and delivering an elegant yet inviting dining experience.

Constrained by the existing structure, the kitchen retains its enclosed layout but adopts a U-shaped cabinetry configuration to maximize spatial efficiency. Custom cabinetry meets all storage requirements, with one unit featuring a pull-out design for enhanced daily usability.

The bedroom adheres strictly to minimalist principles: low-saturation bedding and curtains cultivate a tranquil, restful environment. A custom bedside cabinet at the foot of the bed introduces distinctive sculptural form—adding subtle vitality to the space—while offering convenient storage for frequently used items, merging aesthetic appeal with everyday practicality.

The bathroom’s dry zone faces the sleeping area and is thoughtfully conceived: the upper half of the partition uses frosted glass—offering visual privacy without compromising openness—while the open space along the wall enhances breathability and lightness.
The vanity base is elevated with concealed LED strip lighting beneath, alleviating visual heaviness and lending an airy, weightless quality. A dual-basin configuration caters precisely to the couple’s needs—ensuring cleanliness and ease of maintenance.
