Responsibilities

• At the sales site, according to the needs of customers and home furnishing consultants, complete program design, explanation of renderings, or display of past cases.
• Record room measurement customer information, coordinate door-to-door room measurement arrangements and follow up on size confirmation.
• Draw production orders, installation drawings and other delivery materials to support order removal, production and installation.
• After the contract is signed, the product order is submitted to the system and the accuracy of the order information is followed up.
• Assist the installation personnel to deal with on-site problems, form outstanding orders and continue to follow up on unresolved matters.
• Organize and archive design materials, customer pictures, drawings and case materials.

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, passionate about the design industry, proficient in using tools such as Kujiale and CAD.
• Familiar with whole-house custom furniture design, cabinet structure and production technology.
• Have good communication, solution explanation and customer persuasion skills.
• Have basic knowledge of home decoration and understand room measurement, construction, installation and after-sales coordination.
• Ability to remain patient, meticulous and conscientious under certain pressure, with strong sense of responsibility and team awareness.
